Processing my request, consulting, selecting packaging, preparing and sending a quote and samples, contacting me by the method I have chosen (phone, messenger, email).
3. Personal data covered
Name; phone number and (or) email address; company name; information I provide in the “Task” field; preferred contact method; technical data transmitted automatically when the form is submitted (IP address, date and time of submission).
4. Operations with data and methods of processing
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, alteration), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation. Data is not transferred (provided) to third parties, except as provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation and to transport companies to the extent necessary to send samples.
5. Validity and withdrawal of consent
The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no more than 3 years from the date it is given. The consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written statement to info@finnvacum.ru or to the Operator’s address. Upon withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within 30 days unless otherwise provided by law.
